TOKU TMW-100 & TMW-150 Mucking Winches

TOKU pneumatic winches use compressed air to provide dependable rope movement without requiring an electric motor.

The TMW-100 is designed primarily for fast mucking and pulling operations, while the TMW-150 provides greater capacity for controlled lifting and pulling work.

Choose the TMW-100 when:

Fast rope movement is required The application involves mucking, pulling or material clearing A compact 100 kg capacity winch is suitable.

Choose the TMW-150 when:

A higher 150 kg lifting capacity is required Controlled lifting or pulling is important Automatic and manual braking systems are required The application is in a shipyard, factory or construction environment.

Use clean, correctly lubricated compressed air at the pressure specified by TOKU. Install a suitable filter, regulator and lubricator in the air supply line.

Confirm the load weight, wire-rope condition, mounting arrangement and air-supply capacity before operation. Only trained personnel should operate the winch.

Never exceed the winch’s rated capacity. Refer to the applicable TOKU operating manual before installation, lifting or pulling work.
